Meet Callan & Joe.

Callan spent years working mines across Australia and Botswana. Every shift began the same way — pulling on a pair of safety glasses that did the job and looked like exactly what they were. Every shift ended by taking them off the moment he was off the clock.

The gap was obvious once you had lived it. Rated eyewear that felt like equipment. Sunglasses that looked right but were certified for nothing. Nobody was making a single pair that did both — protection you could trust in front of a rock face, in a frame you would keep on for the drive home.

Callan knew the problem inside out. What he did not know was design. So he called Joe, an old friend with the creative direction he was missing, and pitched it. Joe was in from the first conversation — and built a life in South Africa around making it real.
