Refund policy

Change of mind. You may return any item within 7 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Email Callan@armourview.com with your order number to start a return. You pay the return shipping. We refund the product price within 30 days of receiving the item.

Faulty or incorrect items. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with photographs. We will arrange collection or cover return postage and offer a replacement or full refund, including original shipping.

Defects after delivery. Products are covered under the Consumer Protection Act for 6 months from delivery against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, lens scratches from use, and damage from misuse or accidents are not covered.

Pre-orders. Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before dispatch.

How refunds are paid. To the original payment method via Payfast or PayPal, usually reflecting within 5 to 10 working days.
